1. Basic Requirements: Only AGS high school girls are allowed to participate
2. Punctuality: To ensure smooth operation and efficient use of everyone's time, we kindly ask volunteers to arrive for the volunteer sessions on time (within 5 minutes) and notify a leader in advance if you'll be running late.
3. Attendance: We encourage you to come whenever possible. However, we understand that unexpected situations arise. If you can't make a meeting, please let us know beforehand.
4. Staying Focused: During volunteer hours, let's focus on assigned tasks. If you need to step away briefly, please inform and explain why to the person overseeing your work.
5. Staying on Track: You have a specific timeframe for your volunteer hours. Please adhere to your assigned times unless you receive prior approval for an adjustment.
6. Respectful Behaviour: Treat everyone with courtesy, kindness, and consideration. This includes avoiding offensive language, harassment, and discrimination in the group chat and during volunteer sessions.
7. Feedback and Recognition: To provide constructive feedback and acknowledge outstanding work, we regularly assess volunteer performance. This feedback helps us assign tasks that match your skills and interests, promoting growth and potential leadership opportunities.

8. Consequences: We can release or refuse any participants from their volunteer work if deemed not following our terms
